INFLUENCE - Fisher folk is considered as one of the poorest sectors in the Philippine society, Hardin Ng Pagbabago has expanded its project initiative. Aim to uplift the lives of hundreds of coastal communities, Hardin Ng Pagbabago has started to organize fishermen in remote and far-flung villages.

With the collaboration effort from private and public stakeholders, the fisher folks will not just practice sustainable fishing but they are the ones policing itself against unsustainable practices of fishing and protect its marine sanctuaries from rampant illegal fishing activities.
