ADOPTATION - Municipality of Del Carmen has adopted through municipal legislation the Hardin ng Pagbabago Program as their Municipal Agricultural Development Program to be implemented in all barangays of the municipality. Through the progressive leadership of Vice Mayor Alfredo "JR" M. Coro II in the Sanguniang Bayan ng Del Carmen, they were able to pass a legislation that provides annual funding for the implementation of the program.

Now, the good Vice Mayor updated us about the rising HP farms and gardens in all barangay of Del Carmen organized, supervised and being implemented by the LGU and we are excited on the new development.
